Clive is a Board member at Walsall Housing Group.  In the last 5 years Clive has been involved in the raising and refinancing of over £1bn of finance. 

Since 1989 Clive has been involved in the social housing arena. Initially, as a lender and since 1999 as adviser.

Clive’s experience in Treasury, Finance and Business Planning is far reaching; ranging from Training, Mentoring, treasury strategies and polices, business planning (including HousingBrixx), options and capacity reviews, through to fund raising (both capital market and traditional bank).

Clive is a Board member at Walsall housing Group.  In the last 3 years Clive has been involved in the raising and refinancing of over £1bn of finance. 

Bond Market Specialist 

Fenella is a Treasury professional with extensive experience in funding, debt issuance, and social housing finance. She has a proven track record in structuring and managing secured bonds in the Sterling debt capital markets, negotiating long-dated secured loan facilities, and managing relationships with key lenders and institutional investors.

Fenella has held significant executive roles, including Group Treasurer at The Housing Finance Corporation Limited, where she was responsible for bond issues, borrowing, on-lending, and managing relationships with rating agencies and borrowers. Her expertise extends to governance, having served on various boards and committees, including Dolphin Living Limited and The Riverside Group Limited.

With a strong background in market risk, financial products, and derivatives, Fenella has managed large teams and complex financial operations at Abbey National Treasury Services plc. Her career also includes analytical roles at Elders Finance Group, Nikko Securities, and Wood Gundy Inc.  She holds a first-class honors degree in Mathematics from Royal Holloway College, University of London

Doug Sarney is a seasoned software salesman with an impressive track record in the housing technology industry. His expertise lies in bridging the gap between cutting-edge software solutions and the needs of social housing providers. He led the sales engineering team across the whole of MRI’s social housing sales function and was the primary professional of HousingBrixx, the dominant business planning software used by most social housing providers in the UK.

Soren Krarup, with over 20 years’ of invaluable experience with HousingBrixx from its inception  to managing the product for more than 8 years, brings a wealth of additional expertise to 2Tix. Soren has successfully implemented HousingBrixx software across more than 300 organisations, showcasing an impressive ability to tailor solutions to meet diverse client needs.

At 2Tix, Soren will focus on empowering customers to unlock the full potential of their HousingBrixx software. This will include delivering advanced training sessions, conducting comprehensive plan reviews, and creating insightful dashboard data visualisations through PowerBI. His approach combines technical skill with a deep understanding of social housing business planning, ensuring that clients not only use the software effectively but also gain actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.

Paul has worked in Housing Finance for over 25 years and is a Board member at Homes in Sedgemoor.

He has undertaken many roles at executive level in a diverse range of housing organisations and is a specialist HousingBrixx and Excel financial modelling consultant.

Paul can advise on regulatory returns, stress testing and building financial models and registering new and innovative  housing organisations.  He works with all sizes and types of housing provider.

Adrian has considerable knowledge and experience in all aspects of corporate borrowing and finance, particularly in relation to registered providers of social housing and charities. He has helped set up registered providers and charities from scratch and also helped dozens of affordable housing providers borrow millions to invest in Social Housing. In the past he has also undertaken interim treasury director roles in very complex housing groups with loan portfolios over £1bn.

 Prior to setting up 2TIX LTD, Adrian was a director of two FCA authorised firms, and before that had 20 years’ experience in financial services, working at a senior level in Barclays Bank and Nationwide Building Society.  

Strategic Advice for the charitable, not-for-profit and care sector.

John has a wide network of contacts developed over many years working in the legal sector.  He has stepped away from legal advice to offer consultancy services based on his unique background and experience.  This includes long periods providing practical advice to the charitable sector, being on the interim managers panel for the Charity Commission and acting as a trustee for a number of charities.  

John is primarily interested in providing decision-making support and strategic advice to the boards and executives in the charitable / not for profit / care sectors, including for charities and housing associations.  He also maintains a network of trusted advisers, including 2Tis Ltd, that he is happy to introduce to his clients.  

John has a particular interest in advising boards and executives on strategy and decision making.  This can involve such things as:

• Governance reviews, board development and meeting feedback;
• CEO feedback and support;
• Resolving problems and addressing opportunities;
• Training, including financial, governance and regulatory aspects of the care sector;
• Board and executive recruitment – interview panel etc.
• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Development projects, particularly in the care sector;
• Regulatory support (CQC, RSH, Charity Commission); and
• Fee rates for care including negotiation with Councils, ICBs and resolving fee disputes.
