 2TIX LTD specialises in social housing funding, corporate finance and project management. It is owned and managed by Adrian Jolliffe who is a recognised expert in treasury management in the social housing sector. 

Prior to setting up 2TIX LTD, Adrian had 20 years’ experience as a senior consultant funding advisor and director of Financial Conduct Authority authorised firms, and before that 20 years’ experience in financial services, working at a senior level in Barclays Bank and Nationwide Building Society. 

Treasury Advice is one of our core activities and 2TIX LTD supports all aspects of Treasury Management. This includes treasury policy, treasury strategy, treasury procedures, treasury reporting and anti-money laundering

We can help you prepare to approach the funding market, support you throughout the process of borrowing money and then help you set up systems and processes to manage the relationship with your new lender. 

We offer training for managers and boards / trustees and mentoring to newly promoted treasury managers. Training can be provided on-site and even in the evening or weekends.
